Fridlio: Calorie Tracker
Log meals by photo, text or search. See calories and macros, review the source, and know when an AI-assisted estimate needs a second look.
Calorie Tracker is not publicly launched. Photo analysis and production food search are not yet enabled. The features below describe the version in development.
Capture a meal for an AI-assisted starting point you can review.
Find a food record and choose the serving that fits your meal.
Describe a meal in your own words, then check the result.
Calorie Confidence
Fridlio does not present every AI-assisted food estimate as exact. Where supported, results can show a High, Medium or Low confidence label and a likely calorie range, without an invented percentage.
High: a clearer match, still reviewable.
Medium: useful starting point; check the food, serving or preparation.
Low: limited certainty; edit, clarify or use another logging method.
Review and edit AI-assisted results before saving. Corrections help keep your own history useful; they do not make an estimate automatically correct.
USDA FoodData Central is the sole selected V1 source, but it is not yet configured for production. Nutrition is calculated from selected records and servings, with provenance retained.
The product is being built to handle mixed and culturally diverse meals more thoughtfully. Coverage will grow through evaluation, not sweeping promises.
Fridlio is designed around data minimisation, controls for meal photos, export and deletion, and analytics rules that avoid sensitive food and body data. Private user data does not become training data merely because it is processed to provide the service; any future model-improvement programme would require separate, explicit consent.
